Chip Aydlette, President and Broker-in-Charge of Landmark
South is a Charleston native. He obtained a Bachelor of
Science in Government from the United States Coast Guard
Academy and served ten years active duty in the Coast
Guard where he received training in hazardous materials
response, deep draft vessel inspection, and anti-terrorism.
During his second career in real estate, Mr. Aydlette
has built a solid reputation of serving the client’s
needs. Since opening the doors of Landmark South in 1994,
Mr. Aydlette has grown the company to be a respected force
in the Charleston real estate market. Mr. Aydlette is
a strong supporter of many non-profit organizations in
the Charleston area including Windwood Farm Home for Boys,
Lowcountry Childrens Center, Ducks Unlimited, Lowcountry
CERT, and the Exchange Club of Charleston. He is married
to Heather M. Aydlette and is especially proud of his
two daughters Catherine and Lydia. |

Stanford
Fogel
Stanford Fogel has 39 years experience in Commercial Sales
and Leasing. He specializes in Commercial, Industrial,
Office and Investment. He holds designations of CCIM and
SIOR. His associations include: Charleston Trident Association
of Realtors, SC Association of Realtors, National Association
of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors. Previously
held positions of: President of Ohio Chapter CCIM, Treasurer
in the Dayton Area Association of Realtors, Board of Governors
member; Realtors National Marketing Institute member,
Professional Standards SIOR member (National). Mr. Fogel
is licensed in both South Carolina and Ohio. He lives
in Charleston with his wife Stacey. |

Glenn S. Goodwin
Glenn Goodwin is a native South Carolinian. He is a 1994
graduate of the University of South Carolina where he
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
He has 12 years of real estate experience with the last
8+ years specializing in commercial sales and leasing
as well as property management. His responsibilities at
Landmark South, LLC include the day to day operation of
a 502,000 sq. ft. portfolio of office and warehouse properties
and he handles sales/ leasing of company owned and third
party assets. He is a member of the Charleston Trident
Association of Realtors, SC Association of Realtors, National
Association of Realtors. |

James Rowe,
CCIM
- 10 years Commercial Real Estate & Development
- Urban Land Institute Real Estate Development School
- Prior to entering the commercial real estate business;
developed, owned and operated his own business prior
for 15 years.
Jim Rowe has brokered and participated in commercial
real estate development deals throughout the area and
has sold significant investment properties to net income
investors. He assembled and negotiated the sale of the
property for Briars Creek Golf Club which was voted
the number one new private golf club in the country
in 2002. He is currently an active partner in the development
of several small office/flex space projects.
Jim has been and is very active in the Charleston area
community. He has been on the boards of a number of
charitable organizations and has been the president
of the East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club.
He served on the board of architectural variance on
Sullivans Island for 7 years.
Currently, Jim is a member of the Propeller Club Port
of Charleston, East Cooper Breakfast Rotary and will
soon join the board of the Charleston Ronal McDonald
House.

Sattar
As a local Charlestonian since 1989, only to leave the
Lowcountry to pursue an undergraduate degree in marketing
from Clemson University to return to earn an MBA from
The Citadel, Saif has a vast knowledge of the booming
